A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction, which can predominantly not be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

Information on cancellation

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving reasons.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the date:

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods under one order and these were delivered simultaneously;

on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), took possession of the last goods, provided that you ordered multiple goods under one order and these were delivered separately.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract. This can be done by e-mail: support@viki-fashion.com.

 You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the message concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard delivery offered by us, immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you incur any additional costs as a result of this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have:

received the returned goods, or

provided that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

 You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of the contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, properties and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and expiry of the right of cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and that have been manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life;

 for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed in the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract at the earliest and the value of which depends on market fluctuations;

for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;

for the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
